Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I chose Top Removals after comparing six quotes. They weren’t the cheapest, but reviews were very positive. They moved my 3-bedroom apartment from Rome to Vienna.

Communication from the owner, Mihai Bogdan, was excellent and very responsive throughout. The team arrived on time in Rome, but honestly, they worked at a very slow pace during loading, which made the process longer than necessary. While they packed furniture and boxed items well, packing of other household items was not great, and the whole process took around 11 hours.

Delivery in Vienna was late (6:00 pm instead of 10:00 am) due to a road accident. During transport, two dining chairs were damaged and the sofa had dirt marks. Mihai handled this professionally and offered a fair discount and an insurance claim, which I declined.

Overall, good customer service, but the on-site team’s speed and packing quality need improvement.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Grazie mille volte Mihai 🙏🙏

I moved from Vienna to Bolzano and everything was handled with a lot of care. The communication was great and super friendly. I felt reassured and in good hands throughout the whole process.
