I chose Top Removals after comparing six quotes. They weren’t the cheapest, but reviews were very positive. They moved my 3-bedroom apartment from Rome to Vienna.
Communication from the owner, Mihai Bogdan, was excellent and very responsive throughout. The team arrived on time in Rome, but honestly, they worked at a very slow pace during loading, which made the process longer than necessary. While they packed furniture and boxed items well, packing of other household items was not great, and the whole process took around 11 hours.
Delivery in Vienna was late (6:00 pm instead of 10:00 am) due to a road accident. During transport, two dining chairs were damaged and the sofa had dirt marks. Mihai handled this professionally and offered a fair discount and an insurance claim, which I declined.
Overall, good customer service, but the on-site team’s speed and packing quality need improvement.

Avevo urgenza di fare questo trasloco almeno in due giorni e Mihai è riuscito a farmelo avere in giornata...con personale competente , non ho alzato un dito , hanno scaricato e messo in ordine tutto !!
